Awesome find Tfinder, it's funny l've used historical search before but either missed it or didn't pay attention what a shame it had daily max/min precip. It’s residential l wonder if it was located at the park there so perhaps an auto station.
Or volunteer, for instance the volunteer that does it now near me you can't access his recordings anywhere occasionally if we've had extreme weather the Progress will report a little story on snowfall or temperature from his site.

18z HRDPS recap. Snow begins at 0100am Friday morning. A moderate burst of snow over all of Metro Vancouver begins at 0600am. Snow continues until 1100am when a transition to Ice Pellets and Freezing rain begins from the SW to NE. Freezing rain over all of Metro Vancouver by 0200pm Friday. This continues until about 0500pm and then cold rain showers until about 0800pm when precip shuts off. Light cold rain moves back in around 0300am Saturday morning.

Note: Freezing rain continues in the eastern Fraser Valley 0900pm.
