Perhaps terrain makes a difference isn't the Stoke in a valley Glace creating almost like an oven effect. Salmon Arm has the cooling effect of the Shu lake.

We reached a high of 18.2c @ the pond in south Sardis today with a marine layer so far the sun has not broken through.

A.I. Canada had 60% of showers for the central valley mid week which never materialized hardly a soaker looks like sunshine returns for this weekend. the marine layer continues this morning as well.
