Yeah and based on the 12Z Euro, the heaviest snow isn't coming for Abbotsford until later this afternoon and evening. Not a bust yet. :silent: :wave: :flakey:

Just from my years of commuting to the North Shore areas close to the mountains frequently do better in these situations just do to topography.

I'm concerned now that the outflow has arrived it may wring the moisture out. Oh those haunted words from Neetzz the outflow shreds the moisture l have Neetzz PTWD post traumatic weather disorder.

Agreed the up sloping must have been perfect. Sometimes you'll get outflow trickling down Indian Arm and enhancing moisture on the north shore. I've found if you study our topography you can get a sense of why these micro climates happen.
