Well EC finally has Vancouver with its first 40 expected high (inland) on Monday. Don’t think we have ever seen that as far as I know. 44 for Lytton.
Anyone think Canada’s all time high might be at risk?
Burnaby Mountain @ 365 m..

Stats? Fresh out of those. But I win anyway. I got all the inches.

I think it's very possible we might see a new all-time Canadian record with this system. We just need to crack 45C. Might be in the Fraser Canyon perhaps?

Yes those areas are always super hot. Spences bridge can probably be added to the list too.

It's also hard to believe that the record high for Canada Day at yxx (dating back to 1945) is sub 30 degrees. I was surprised when I saw that stat

I was telling my folks a couple days ago Canada;s all-time high might be broken. Gentle down-sloping in Mission right now.

Unfortunately, Spence's Bridge has no weather station any more. It didn't in 2006 or 2009 or 1958 or 1941 either. Too bad because when it did have a station it blew Lytton out of the water. Eg. 1994 and 1998.

If Spence's Bridge had a station today, I would say that the all time record likely gets broken, but without it, I'd say the odds drop below 50%.

Forget about the all-time high, that might be broken, but I am a lot more confident, like 95%, at the old time high low will be broken!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the highest low in BC on record is under 26. Not sure about nationally. It think maybe 28.

It's very difficult to find the national record of the highest min because there is a lot of wrong data. A few weeks ago, we looked for it with my friend on Twitter and it's probably around 28°C in southern Ontario. Here in BC, it must be around 26-27°C.
