I just noticed, the RGEM has 925s of -4 and 850s near -7 or -8 for the Sunday night/Monday. Even though the precip rates are a bit lighter that's almost certainly going to be snow if the temperature profile looks like that. Accumulation or not will be a different story.

Yeah, even if you look at the 3km NAM sounding for Sunday night, the column of air locally supports snow down to sea level.
