Could be the east winds keeping the air from fully saturating. I’m getting pretty gusty ENE winds and only the occasional couple of flakes even though the radar looks like steady precip.
Currently located in Tsawwassen, beside Tsawwassen Mills

lol EC updated their forecast 3 minutes ago - changed it from Snow to Mixed Rain and Snow; from 5 cm to 2-4 cm.
They literally waited to see what the precip fell as and then quickly updated :lol:

ENE Wind here. Actually pretty windy for my area which is very sheltered from any winds.
