This snow...made a rather rapid play at the car tops. I can see it attempting (and I think succeeding) to settle already.

No just your basic run of the mill Arctic puff yes there's the NE outflow/windchill and your rapid dewpoint drop off but 2 metre temps are nothing to write home about.
Next up the weekend system that's all she wrote till then the east island gets some snow fun. :x
