Seems to be back working normally on my phone. Haven’t been logged out at all since yesterday.Hound wrote: ↑Mon Jan 20, 2020 10:33 pm You guys talking about the forum being slow, yes, it was slow when we had a flood of members on here at the same time serving up pages. We are not on a superhost. Just an average hosting package. I'm actually shocked it didn't crap out!
As for the logging out issues. We fixed those with the cookies and time out session. On computers there is no issue. It work.
If you are on mobile devices or tablets, it's your settings, and you need to change them. Whatever browser you use or security setting you have need to be adjusted. It's usually an issue with the cache being deleted or cookies being deleted. Also if you are using some vpn, or private browsing session, it will probably cause issues.

Re: January 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
I find it's faster on my phone sometimes. I'm considering talking to the host to see if they can do anything to give us more resources, but that would cost more money for sure. I'll see what can be done to improve performance.Hound wrote: ↑Mon Jan 20, 2020 10:33 pm You guys talking about the forum being slow, yes, it was slow when we had a flood of members on here at the same time serving up pages. Edit: Just sent the host a support ticket to see if they have any suggestions on hardware improvements we can get.

Almost surprised at how rapidly we are getting there. Though anything is on the table seeing as how every long range forecast is not showing any west coast ridge.
A massive PNA spike going into a PNA tank. Very very interesting.

I know you said anything is on the table going forward but what do you is going to happen based on current model trends?wetcoast91 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 21, 2020 1:13 pm Almost surprised at how rapidly we are getting there. I tried entering a few settings. I wonder if some of you could see if the board appears to be faster now? I'm also going to eventually try to see if I can make the logging in more stable for you.

I used to LOVE thunder and lightning storms!!!..... until I moved to the South Okanagan, now I would rather keep my house property in tact!
When we have lightning we can’t relax at all! It’s so scary.
Unless it’s wet of course.

I could only imagine for being out there! Vancouver just doesn't get those type of storms so when we do get something moderately strong it's enjoyable.SnowGranny wrote: ↑Tue Jan 21, 2020 2:18 pm I used to LOVE thunder and lightning storms!!!..... until I moved to the South Okanagan, now I would rather keep my house property in tact!
