That's very subjective. I suspect you're in the minority, given how many people I regularly see out in the city parks or beaches in this weather over the years. Everything is always packed.

Oh it's amazing beach weather if you have the time to go every single day. But I have talked to many people who got tired of it after a while. My situation is a little different, I live on a farm and try to do some outdoor work every day but it sucks in the hot sunshine.

But still I've talked to so many people who prefer the classic 22 C and partly cloudy that this region used to deliver more regularly.

Seldom go to beach but often go to the local parks in the summer to play some sports with a few friends though. The heat is manageable until it gets over ~32c, imo.

Since you're working outside I'd recommend wearing a white hat or tieing a white handkerchief across your head and handy access to a cold/damp towel... that always helped me working outdoors in 30c+ weather. Obviously you can't get around sweating though.

I looked up the lambda variant...it might be more vaccine resistant but I don't see it exploding anywhere and it's been around since at least November. Trust me I have a thousand things about this world that freak me out but covid is about to become a seasonal illness like the flu. It still sucks but it's not 2020 all over again IMO.

CNN is definitely not the best source. Everything is "breaking news!!". It's a billion times better than fox at least.

I am actually curious what news sources people trust. The guardian IMO is good, BBC maybe.

But watch tomorrow when our 3 day total is released, people will go absolutely bananas when it shows over 1,500 cases.
But l think l understand what your saying Kells it doesn't teally matter the case count its hospitalizations if it stays low it means cases aren't severe enough to fill our hospitals.
A much different scenario than 6 months ago before vaccinated % went up.
