I'd be much more worried if it were the ensembles showing the solution currently modelled on the operational. I'm thankful its the other way around.

Honestly, with the amount of flip flopping on the operational versus the consistency of the ensembles, I'd have to throw the operational solutions in the garbage for now, as they really don't seem to have a grasp on the pattern change yet.

Looks decent.

Pattern beginning next week looks like a gradual cool down, with significant cold potential past day 10.

Cool/cold onshore flow beginning next Thurs. Cold air begins loading up north and in AB and slowly filters in the interior. Could see some wet snowfalls across the south coast day 7 thru day 10.

Pattern turns cooler with more of an offshore component day 10-12 as some cold air in the interior tries to push out to the coast. Whether it turns very cold/dry past day 11 or 12 is still very much in the air.

As long as this rain stops. I'm surprised there hasn't been more flooding or other rain related issues across the area.
