September 2017 came close for a day (widespread 34-36c temps in eastern Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley) but the thick smoke prevented many records from falling.

Recall a couple extremely anomalous (considering the time of year) high overnight lows during that heatwave though from either Malahat or West Vancouver.

Yes l recall it never dropped below 22c or so might have to check YXX to verify.
