Another thunderstorm just now...seems like an abnormally high number of thunderstorm days in YVR this spring.

I hear a couple of rumbles from Vancouver direction earlier today. It didn't come any closer though. The sky was a pretty pink tonight.

Unfortunately the AF is a cess pool of political fighting about Nukes and WWIII, l stopped going on there it's too depressing. It's a mild evening at the pond in south Sardis plus 10c and cloudy.

I've been feeling the same, sort of. I still think we will get periods of above normal temperatures, but overall I think it will lean towards normal or below normal. Benn Noll on Twitter uses the summers 2020, 2021, 2011, 2008 and 2000 I think he said as his analogs for this year. I have to look again.

What does our resident Abbyjr think? I don't know if he's been here in a while.

Yes Jr (snow lover circa 1951) has all but gone. Maybe he is in school studying how to become a meteorologist.
