I hear a couple of rumbles from Vancouver direction earlier today. It didn't come any closer though. The sky was a pretty pink tonight.VanCitySouth wrote: ↑Thu Apr 21, 2022 10:59 pm Another thunderstorm just now...seems like an abnormally high number of thunderstorm days in YVR this spring.

Unfortunately the AF is a cess pool of political fighting about Nukes and WWIII, l stopped going on there it's too depressing. It's a mild evening at the pond in south Sardis plus 10c and cloudy.

l think l smoked some of that in youth Ms. Weirdplantcreeks.Roberts Creeker wrote: ↑Wed Apr 20, 2022 11:40 pm Still cold here and wet and windy, though this morning was nice. The calendar says spring and the skunk cabbage is up, the days are longer so maybe it is? But the temperature sure isn't...

Weird...i was getting something similar...thinking it will be extra troffy this summer
I mean lets face the facts here..it has been troff after troff with T-storms/Instability/Variability/Towering Cu for several weeks now. Chilly and cool. Enough already!!

Re: April 2022 Forecasts and Discussions
I've been feeling the same, sort of. I still think we will get periods of above normal temperatures, but overall I think it will lean towards normal or below normal. Benn Noll on Twitter uses the summers 2020, 2021, 2011, 2008 and 2000 I think he said as his analogs for this year. I have to look again.
What does our resident Abbyjr think? I don't know if he's been here in a while.

Yes Jr (snow lover circa 1951) has all but gone. Maybe he is in school studying how to become a meteorologist.stuffradio wrote: ↑Sat Apr 23, 2022 6:47 pm I've been feeling the same, sort of.
