Cool and breezy but plenty of afternoon sunshine on Lasqueti Island over the weekend.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Weeklies continuing to hold the theme that we will need to wait for July to get any meaningful heat on a 7 day average basis.

Nice Rubes glad your checking out some of the island gems we have in the Strait of Georgia use to vacation on the island as a kid with my parents. Took the Whidbey island route ferry over to the island then stops alond the way Coupeville, Deception pass didn't check out the Naval air station but we did see a fighter plane take off man it was deafening.Rubus_Leucodermis wrote: ↑Mon May 30, 2022 8:26 am Cool and breezy but plenty of afternoon sunshine on Lasqueti Island over the weekend.

Re: May 2022 Forecasts and Discussions
Welp E.C. say's a chance for afternoon TS for the central fraser valley east. El Wrongo did drop in last week by parachute to say we could see high based TS over the mountains by mid week.
Perhaps he's developed some kind of weather software he's implemented my guess is it's already been Russian hacked so expect snow.

The latest ENSO outlook from CFS is looking like we'll be in Neutral territory by this meteorological Winter, some members tipping towards El Nino.

Re: May 2022 Forecasts and Discussions
Tomorrow may not be as warm as the ridge axis shifts further East but the tstorm risk over the Mountains is heightened for the next 36 hours with a stationary disturbance aloft. Could see a light show in the evenings towards the Mountains. It will be more humid tomorrow which should bring a higher t storm risk to the lowlands.SouthSardiswx wrote: ↑Tue May 31, 2022 3:39 am Welp E.C. say's a chance for afternoon TS for the central fraser valley east.
