I got this one for my parents in Fall when it was on sale. So far it has been working pretty good. Even survived the ice storm in Chilliwack. At full price it's a rip off, at this price it actually really decent.
Anything full price at Crappy Tire is a rip off.
Just wait for their 50-80% off sales.

Didn't I warn fellow members to stop discarding the model runs? Looks like we created a massive heap of trash which killed the forum.
For now...it looks like we get reprieve from nightly model watching.

Not in the least. I have been closely following model runs indicating a very real chance at a number of stations in the Willamette Valley scoring what one resident of the southern part of said valley refers to as “60 burgers.†I have of course been posting regular updates on the odds of such temperatures coming to pass on the AF, and helpfully pointing out how the official forecast temperatures for the Willamette Valley have been creeping upwards in the light of model guidance.

Sorry about the downtime everyone. The forum all of a sudden went down for no reason, so I have been pulling my hair the past couple of days trying to figure this out.
Thanks so much for working so hard to get the forum fixed. Sometimes unexpected technical difficulties arise but your dedication to this weather forum and community is much appreciated. Thanks again Stuffy.

Looks like a strong cold signal for February. However, January is still cursed.
Really wasn’t expecting a January cold snap after scoring a late December one. February cold snaps are now as traditional as January ones once were. Plus they mean a chance for a birthday snowstorm for me!
I'm going to slowly re-enable the extensions we were using before. I just tried to re-enable all the extensions we were using and one of them is causing the forum to crash because it's probably incompatible with the latest version of the forum. I updated the forum to the latest version while the site was down. If something you're used to is not there right now, that's because I only have one extension enabled at the moment.

Someone tried to burn the Crappy Tire down in Vernon a month ago. Still closed. They had 80 guys working 12 hour days for over 3 weeks cleaning everything inside due to smoke damage. Couldn't get Christmas presents there this year.
And Crappy tire oil is the best price around by far (when it's on sale) so have to go buy expensive stuff elsewhere.

Thank you for all the time you've spent fixing this and in keeping the forums going. I enjoy it for the weather info (of course), learning about weather and connecting with other people who want to talk about the weather which is surprisingly hard to find irl, like don't they experience weather too???
I found Nito's favorite vacation spot. https://goo.gl/maps/oryUnjNHQjaFzi5H6

Why not try cycling to work, grocery store, anywhere!
Europe is experiencing their most anomalous heat event in recorded history. Crazy warm stretch in the east. California, absolutely insane rainfall expected.
