Re: February 2023 Forecasts And Discussions
Snow stopped at some point overnight and the temperature started creeping upward. Never amounted to more than a slushy dusting despite it snowing for hours. Now 1.2ËšC with melting. At least it was snow.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Yeah, my final score is still 2.5 cm from last night's event, which is what I got yesterday evening before I went to bed.

Same. I estimated a further 0.5 cm mainly because there was more left over this morning than if it had rained all night.Rubus_Leucodermis wrote: ↑Wed Feb 01, 2023 7:43 am Snow stopped at some point overnight and the temperature started creeping upward. Re: February 2023 Forecasts And Discussions
All long range model runs now show a warmer and splityy outlook. Looks like winter is over.
Don't worry though. I am sure the cold and wet will return by late March and linger until our first heatdome in June.

Re: February 2023 Forecasts And Discussions
I estimated about a cm fell (total, both before and after midnight) based on how much slush there was on surfaces that had melted bare by yesterday afternoon.VanCitySouth wrote: ↑Wed Feb 01, 2023 7:59 am Same. Agree. With some nice bommy temps around 17c would be nice somewhere in there too! Once Feb hits..we on the downward slope for snow. Unless you like slush?stuffradio wrote: ↑Sun Jan 29, 2023 11:53 am I can’t wait to Spring forward in March and have daylight past 7 again!
MAYDAY MAYDAY! We need some warm sunny weather this month. Some showers mixed in would be good too

Re: February 2023 Forecasts And Discussions
Quick glance says around 3-4 cms fell on the hill..on top of the existing white landscape from the a.m. already..maybe 2cms morning? Warmed up overnight a lil. Precip shut off. Looked really nice this morning on the bump for what was a cupla wimpy fronts.
