AbbyJr wrote: Sat Jun 03, 2023 10:39 pm Hey everyone, I'm sorry I haven't posted much lately. I always struggle to find motivation to post when there isn't any notable weather modelled. However, I'll try to post more frequently. That said, the weather has been beautiful lately. Sunny and warm with low to mid 20's and low humidity.

Looks like we will briefly warm up to the upper 20's and low 30's inland next week but humidity looks incredibly low. The 00Z RGEM has a dew point of just 3.1C on Tuesday. Where are we now? Kamloops?

I cancelled my WxBell subscription a couple months ago because the weather is pretty benign once we get through most of Spring with the odd thunderstorm here and there. I will probably re-subscribe in August or September and post more weather things more frequently after that.

I still have WxBell, so if anyone wants something specific posted please ask, I will be happy to do so. I know the Catman has been posting stuff too.

Forrest Gump wrote: Sun Jun 04, 2023 12:33 am Was in your neck of the woods today, sort of, stopped into Natures slim Pickins market for some deli sandwiches and spiced gouda cheese, and went to McDonald Park for a picnic and walk along the trans Canada trail/dyke,sandwiched between the slough and hwy1. Then went to see what's in Yarrow,a whole lot of nothing, but all was not lost as my wife fluked out with Yarrow Days Market, got her knick knack shopping fix. Then on way back drove through Jr's stomping grounds and stopped at Banters for my ice cream fix, a scoop of earl grey and a scoop of blueberry honey, absolutely magnificent. Didn't realize old Yale brewery+kitchen was just a block from there,so I popped in to pick up some hard to find blueberry and bumbleberry wheat ales. Their restaurant was busy, that will have to wait for next time, too much excitement for one day..the end. Based on a true story.
