Sudden Stratospheric Warming or at least a weaker Polar Vortex for December.
This would be good news for the PNW as a weaker Polar Vortex helps to discharge arctic air into the lower latitudes.

El Nito's disappeared again seems to happen as soon as he says split flow and don't put winter tires on or buy a ski pass happened the last 2 winter's as well. and then the models start showing something after he says that.
