I believe it collapsed on January 8th 2011 Jr. man it was a Saturday HNIC Knucks and Detroit it Collapsed right after the OT/SO goal for the Wings it was within 72 hours l believe.

The temp/dew point doesn't really explain it, so I'm not sure what the scientific explanation would be.
It was partly cloudy, breezy and +12 where I was working this afternoon. No bite here.
