to be fair RGEM shows that possibility for the valley

Freezing level in abbotsford is at about 550m at 4pm. Snow level down to about 350m. Temperature jumps from 1 degree at 350m to 7 degrees at 10m. Quite the gradient.

18Z Euro has some snow this evening. Begins around 0700pm and picks up around 10pm. Cool enough for snow down to sea level.
