Those are hourly snowfall rates. He's on team snow.

Those are rates, not totals. Can easily achieve 15–30 cm total with those rates overnight.

It’s been obvious that Wednesday during the day will probably be a slushfest for some time now.
It's called clown range for a reason.

I hate to say this but I'm not buying the GFS right now. I really want to and I hope I'm wrong. No transition to rain, not buying it.
