:o Lucky you! I measured 6 cm but at 10 pm after some negative snow gain.

OK so this event wasn’t very satisfying, so let’s move to the next. Hopefully better luck next time. What are we thinking is our next good chance?

I take everything I said back. This snow was great because these videos are pure comedy even if I have zero idea what's going on.
 What is that Taxi driver talk, perhaps tell customer l'll be there in 2 hours.

Is it not windy there? It's been windy most of the day here and still is. Lots of red on BC Hydro's map.

Safe travels. Sounds like a smart decision to let some of the rush hour chaos dissipate.

On the bright side. We may see more snow tomorrow.
Definitely a bright side!! And really for all that we missed mega targets, we did get snow, and it came down for most of us for a good portion of the day so personally I call it a win!!!

Oh thank God it's raining.

Trust me, you'd think it was a mercy too if you were dealing with whatever ice cement concrete crap we had for the past 2 hours.

I haven't quit team snow. I'm just not on team slush LOL

Good luck with that. When are you finished? Hopefully not for a while and the roads will be clear and the tow yards full.

Anyone know how much snow was recorded a YVR? EC page isn't showing the data.

I haven't measured but I have at least 10 cm, I'm sure. It's stopped for now but looks like another band of moisture is going to cross the island eventually. It's not windy here at all.

Wow, Global just had breaking news that a Boeing 777 skidded off the runway at YVR and is stuck in a snowbank or something so they had to bus the passengers back to the terminal. Good news is that they haven't reported any injuries so far. As someone who is scared of flying at the best of times, I'd probably have a heart attack if I was onboard.
