One of the fundamental rules of propaganda is that it is only terrorism when the other side does it. So if he had sacrificed it to the pineapple deity it would have been.

In the fall of 1996, the Seattle Times ran a feature article about the huge snowfalls of decades past, concluding that the growing urban heat island effect of a much-larger city explaned why nothing similar had happened in many years and probably would never happen again. So get busy writing and find a publisher.
