Same in Vancouver (often mentioned), in Campbell River (-12.2°C yesterday morning with an hourly Tmin of -8.0°C), etc. Those sensors are very questionable IMO.

Campbell River shows an hourly of -11.5C at 22:00 yesterday evening, so that's plausible.

It doesn’t look likely, but neither was this morning snow, so who knows?

The NAM was showing some heavier stuff south of the Fraser due to some convergence over Boundary Bay, so we shall see.
