I'm with the drivers. I mean other than the law, environmental reasons, and lowering vehicle traffic volume, I'm not sure why these entitled cyclists think they have a right to the road their taxes pay for? It's far more important that us drivers can get to the next light faster so we can check our phones and wait 15 seconds before noticing the light has turned green.

Someone riding a bike has never in their lives riven a car, thus never paid any tax so they can't use roads. Now don't get me started on people parking on the road in front of my house. Oh boy.

By the way, how does the road funding break down in Canada? In the States, gas taxes pay for the major highways but don't come close to paying for the side streets or the secondary roads. The latter are paid for mainly via property taxes. And of course those are the ones most popular with cyclists (because who likes riding a bike on a busy highway).
