I vote for winter 70-71... I was only 5 years old but the weather so far feels similar to me, whereas the volume of snow may be slightly lower. After New Year's that winter was epic.

Those were the days my friend , tobogganing and skating/shinny at QE park was pretty well an annual thing back in the 70's.

I wish we could go back. We need more forests and green space. Zone ALL existing residential areas for medium density without exception. 4 story apartment buildings, duplexes, rowhouses. We don't have space for any more single family homes, let alone these 20,000 sq foot mcmansions. All green spaces and farmland should be exempt from further developments.

More green space keeps things cool in the summer, to tie this into weather.

Looking at the radar l don't see where the precip is. :? I guess it's like Skooks or Slyts very invisible.
It's currently -1c @ the pond in south Sardis and Overcast.
