Best dynamics are due south with precip intensity and damning of cold air along the Olympics.

I feel like Tim does that because of all the hate he took for years not being a Homer and being realistical.

Seriously. 4.6 cm over three days (during which temperatures will go above freezing) is not exactly a big snowfall.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Last Tues was a perfect enviro for sticking snows. Cold low mins the night prior and cold ground resulting in snow sticking to all surfaces in a short amount of time.

This week will see lots of rain with temps between +6 and +8C with periodic wet snows/mixed precip making its way down to 100m with temps not going below freezing. It will not pose an issue.

And it was 10–15 cm all at once, not under 5 cm spread over three days.
