Yeah, the temperature gradient in the central valley is surprisingly sharp. The colder air seems to be slowly making it westward, YXX dropped a whole degree from 11 am to 12 pm.

It's the 12km NAM trying to figure out low placement, so let's be real. However, I would take that in a heartbeat, split it up and we preserve more snow for Christmas day. Also, I don't really care, this week has been awesome.

10-20cm on top of 30+cm will ensure a white xmas and xmas eve.

Yup spilt it up!! Hopefully Nam is correct and the resilient Arctic ridging shreds all the AR moisture. Tell em Nito!!

Looking forward to our first 3 day stretch of sun and 20c++ 8-)

If we can go to a split flow configuration and gradually melt this snow instead of going to AR’s that trigger flooding it would be a huge win.
It's called clown range for a reason.

This is fantastic! It's not snowing hard, but they're big dry flakes drifting down. Not even a cm of new accumulation, but it's awesome!!

I think this guy has mental issues. If he’s not medicated he should be. Hope he is able to move south. Though I doubt the weather is the real issue in his life.
