Good to know, I looked again, no binoculars and didn't see anything, I'll give it a pass tonight.

That's decently cold. -2.6c low in Sechelt last night and high of 2.4c. Only got to +0.2c here.

SWS has ended....

And now back to our regular winter programming, rain, rain and more rain...

Just wondering Rubes that Tiger Woods dude on the AF is he like the ultimate snowless member of the forum never complains much just realizes in this climate he'll never see a top tier winter again at his location snow or cold. He just seems content with sub 50f days it's kinda weird and dysfunctional at the same time. IMO

You’d never guess it but he got a roughly 25 cm dump of snow in a single storm last year. And within the last decade Eugene recorded a -23˚C low one morning. His winters are on average warmer and less snowy than ours, but they don’t suck nearly so completely as his whining might lead one to believe (and as that -23 shows, in the right conditions Eugene can really benefit from cold air pooling).

Temps dropped to -23c at his location (Eugene) in December 2013.

Nowhere in the Lower Mainland has experienced temps that low since January 1969.

O.k. wow! just wondered guess l missed that dump last year just seems snake bitten everytime l read his posts complaining about sub 32f lows or arctic air not digging far enough south or the storm track missing him.
