Been looking at the models a bit and it seems as it temperatures and dew points will support snow to sea level for at least part of the night.

As an example:

About 3cm in east Coquitlam (as of 8am). Don't think any more has accumulated since then.

This one was especially cruel. Leading into this event, models had the Willamette Valley scoring and scoring big. Then they took the snow away. Then late in the game they give a little bit of snow back… to northern areas.

Are we expecting tonight to be a more elevation based event then?

Quite likely. The question is how much so. Is it strictly a Pornoman special, or does just about everyplace but the beaches and Pitt Meadows get more white stuff? Time will soon tell.

"Dry" flakes falling at sea level at 3:05 pm in Poco
I thought it would be straight rain by now
Are we prepared for this stormy, chilly and wet November, LN style, with our first warning shots :flakey: :flakey: coming early due to this potentially historic LN
Willoughby Langley at ~320ft / Similkameeeens ~3400ft
