Record cold potential still in the cards for Quebec and the Maritimes on Friday/Saturday.

It just started snowing! Small flakes falling straight down, very light. Nothing on radar but it's nice to see.
Still have most of the snow from the night, it's been cold enough it didn't melt.

Very good model agreement for another round of light snow tonight.

Per earlier discussion, temperatures will be marginal, so we shall see. It may end up being a Pornoman special, but not necessarily!

I notice that EC has changed tonight’s forecast from rain showers to rain showers or flurries.

While there is nothing major shown on the models yet, there is the potential for another round of winter later in February.

Not a bad ensemble, probably nothing crazy but probably chilly with a snow chance. Only 33 cm to go for my goal of 100.

I was down in Portland for the weekend, so I was sort of hoping they would have scored that once modeled Saturday/Sunday snowfall.
