I've been providing daily updates on the upcoming cold for you guys on Friday/Saturday. Could be close to or record breaking in some areas in Quebec/NB/PEI/NS.

Yeah whatever happens it will be very cold but not for too long. This winter has been warmer than normal so far so it isn't too surprising to see such an anomalous burst of cold air. :flakey:

I am surprised to still have most of the snow that fell last night. High of 3.6c today. Currently 1.9c so it's melting but slowly.

Anyone have any private lookout places or hidden gems to drive up to for at night to check out the stars and what not? Set up a telescope n stuff. Nothing to crazy far but don't mind a drive tho.

Me, too!

To look for the comet, I drove out to some random roadside location in the Aldergrove area. It was not that great. The next tIme I do that I may head out to Porteau Cove, maybe even opt to camp for the night. Think that might be better.
It's called clown range for a reason.
