l remember end of February 2009 we had a brief Arctic air intrusion with some snowfall as the Arctic air moved in that day Tstats, l know it was on a Monday the last one in February. That winter was a monster that was our December 08 epic cold and snow event,
also we had snow April 1st 2009, what a winter.

Correct! We also had small a bout of snow in late January 2009 and another in early March 2009. Also had another in mid March 2009 -- recall heavy rain turning to heavy snow just before noon with that one.

April 1st 2009 I won't forget either. April fools snowfall! There in the morning, gone by the evening. Was quite heavy too.

Yup you could actually say it's snowing out and not be a fool.
I'm still skeptical about this upcoming potential l guess l'm just being careful and it would not surprise me of a last second collapse so far it's been very consistent except for the GooFasS.

Overcast and light snow again this am. It was snowing last night around 10pm. Looks like a decent amount fell overnight..maybe 4cms
Bonus since the forecast only called for a chance of flurries. This is often what happens here.. even tougher to forecast snow amount totals due to the plateau. Looks like a tremendous day for sledding buttees!
Looking forward to our first 3 day stretch of sun and 20c++ 8-)

Looks like last night the models finally decided to stop dicking around and actually line up with their ensembles a bit. Let's see if we can get real this morning with the operationals, I kind of want to see something silly, even if we know its overdone.
