Now the GooFySilly nails Portlanders and we get a trace too much inconsistencies to get excited.

It's absolutely howling @ my work in Abbs down near Sumas albeit a mild south wind.
Probably windy enough for a giant minion balloon

Crazy windy out there. Posting on generator power. Looks potentially very snowy over here mid week. Next weekend could be white for all.

Now l know why you've curbed your enthusiasm the last few years Abbs Sr.
It's even difficult getting excited for these 2 or 3 day Arctic events l remember growing up they would sometimes last 10 to 14 day's just about every winter now it's afew day's and done.

Thanks Tbud, expecting increasing outflow in the central valley.
Steady lowering dewpoints and 2 metre temps to rise.

Re: February 2023 Forecasts And Discussions
Euro and GFS continue to show flurries as the arctic front arrives. Short-term models I have looked at however show it being totally dry.
No model is showing more than a dusting. But even a dusting can cause chaos if it is accompanied by plummeting temperatures and a flash freeze.
