I'm surprised it isn't sticking for you, here, everything was so cold not a single flake melted. Still coming down, flakes are medium sized now. everything is turning white including the sheep who insist on standing out in the snow.

Nothing happening yet. Still pretty bright especially to the east, you can see the cloud cover is thin.

Once those S winds kick in overnight..game over. W-SW Coastal locations with onshore flow...with temp spikes up to 3c or 4c by morning almost guaranteed. Chance of it switching back to snow tomorrow at all are low imo. :cancel: :flakey:
:raindrip: Yes

I can see the sun poking thru the clouds in Coquitlam. That precip and cloud deck better get in here quick to block out those harmful end of Feb warm sun rays
Looking forward to our first 3 day stretch of sun and 20c++ 8-)

Already at 0.8 at YVR, as always it will snow once it’s dark

Ya..so borderline. I'm worried about those high snow total maps for sure now.
Would be so funny to see this bust out with 1-2" of wet snows followed by even sloppier snows later today.

For sure, sun rays are warming the ground rn. Initial snow will not stick to frozen ground anymore unless it starts out heavy and fast!!

Looks like the dry air is eating up the precip pretty good. Low RH right now, even at YVR. Most of the precip coming in is phantom snow rn. Geez. So tense :|

Absolutely hammering down snow at Horseshoe Bay! Coming down off the mountains big time. I think the north shore will be real winners on this one
