Is the snow sticking to roads? My street just looks wet in Richmond. Snow has picked up in intensity though!

All paved surfaces are wet. Puddles on the street.

Looks like temp and visibility at YVR dropped like a rock in the last half hour. Should be a fun 8-9 hours now.

Looks like about 2 cm so far. 0.2ËšC. Streets completely white.
