I see it as a good thing. We have so many members that have not only learned to view forecast models and maps...but have learned to interpret them and go the extra step of generating forecasts for their select neighborhoods. I think many of them do it better than me!

Also look out for :lightning: in the Eastern Fraser Valley. A pretty decent cell is evolving.

This intense daytime heating is fueling these cells.

All I need to know is to recognize purple, blue, and green Colors in the snow maps and then I can tell my wife what will happen. She always believes me, in the opposite way!

I got 6-7 cm at most. Snow stopped around 2am, much earlier than expected.

This event had an insane elevation gradient in the first 100 m or so from sea level.
It's called clown range for a reason.
