Unfortunately it looks like the Olym Mtns are going to shred that intense squall line coming up from the SW. Hopefully not though.
That line almost looks like T-storm cells we see in summer. Weird

I was just updating my snowfall totals and noticed that on Dec 23 you recorded 13cm. I only recorded 5cm.

Did I short count myself or do you recall how you had 13?

At 6:30am on the 23rd I measured 10cm that fell overnight. At 9:30am, measured another 3cm (mixed with ice pellets). In my notes on the day, seems as though compaction was a major issue again; once the snow got wetter, ice pellets began mixing in, along with the freezing drizzle -- would've been sometime between 8am and 9:30am I believe.

I'd say back edge of radar is 2.5 to 3 hours away from City of Vancouver. Could pile up to 2-4 cm in that time.
Hoping for another dose overnight to tomorrow AM.
