It is snowing moderately here too. While nowhere near as snowy as at home, there is actually slush on West Pender and the other main roads.
Snow is clinging to trees and lamp posts.
Same in Abby... nothing really sticking to the pavement but got about 4 cm on top of the old snow I'm guessing. Temp is a mild 0.6C

Very elevation dependent snowfall here. I’d guess there is only 5-10cm in the lowest elevations of town here. (Duncan).

Same here. It appears very slushy at sea level/coastal locations. Just not quite cold enough to accumulate down low. That 0.5c to 1.0c difference in temps makes a eeeuge difference

EC called for a mix of Rain/snow originally. This event proved to be mostly snow all over. The hills really scored on this one though with the temps just cold enough to accumulate better.

Another win for this area. Unreal. I don't think I've missed a truly big event in years. I only miss the marginal ones like early November for example.

Well from what my folks showed me it looks like I only got to 9.

That's still a great little "surprise"!

Often a bit cooler there as it's more rural than my location.

Now up to 0.8C here.

They had a 2 hour delayed start so the plows could clear the roads for the school buses but have now cancelled school completely. Still snowing here tiny flakes, roads are white.
