Indeed Theat, l wasn't sure if Kells meant that gross winter.
I think that was one of the quietest winter's on the forum.

Re: March 2023 Forecasts And Discussions
It was nice out but the rain clouds have moved in.
I dug some more garden for potatoes. I bought these Red Thumb at Canadian Tire. The package must have been photoshopped because everything I saw online said the interior is cream with red streaks not solid red like on the package. Oh well, they'll be an interesting addition to my potato mix. I also have German butter, Klondike rose and a purple one. I'm considering buying Gourmandine from Can Tire, it's won awards for flavour. Anyone else grow interesting potatoes?

Re: March 2023 Forecasts And Discussions
The Snows came quickly today in the Similkameeeens. This morning was very pleasant Sunny no wind and it felt very spring-like even by Coastal standards. Soon after the South Winds whipped up and I knew what was coming. Unlike on the coast the South Winds here are usually an indication of a storm. And in the winter time storms here equal snow.
It has been snowing for a few hours but very light snow nice to look at nothing accumulating as the temperature is just slightly above zero. Tomorrow is snowmobiling day. It should be excellent. Enjoy the weather on the coast as well

Need the spring weather to come through asap! We will be in van soon for a ball tourny and that’s one sport they don’t really let you play in the rain. Currently here for hockey but in doors so doesn’t matter what happens outdoors lol
