Guess the jinx doesn't so quickly lift after I leave town.

Tonight is safe because I get back this evening.

:alert:
Looks like the local mountains will be receiving a proper pumbling of snow today. Again. Quite a snowy April for them, minus the one event of warm rains.

Has anyone noticed that EC radar has now gone to every 6 minutes? How long ago was that upgrade?

You work for Harbour Air?
They were my favourite business up here, I flew a lot of chicks and hatching eggs with them. The local office staff are fantastic but I'm not impressed with the company so far this year, hopefully they'll figure things out and it will improve.

I saw a tweet from BAMWxCom showing we will have an El Nino developing with a -PDO, which is not common. Any thoughts on summer temp/precip implications here?
