The GEM continues to show an intense heatwave beginning Sunday August 13th. While I trust it far more than the GFS, I'm still skeptical unless the Euro jumps back onboard tonight. One thing seems certain. A massive ridge of high pressure will likely develop. The question is whether it develops over BC or further west offshore. If it develops over BC, then we are in for a major heatwave. An offshore ridge would be a much cooler scenario. :thumbup:

I can't speak for whether or not he looked at the models. But he may very well have been just repeating the model update I put out.

Either way, it's all good. It's all for fun and I love seeing everyone participate in the discussions and share their opinion, whether they have looked at the models or not. :thumbup: :D

After winter l resort to just looking at the graphics Jr. Man and Typer post
