This would be good news for the PNW as a weaker Polar Vortex helps to discharge arctic air into the lower latitudes. :clap: :thumbup:

El Nito's disappeared again seems to happen as soon as he says split flow and don't put winter tires on or buy a ski pass happened the last 2 winter's as well. :shifty: :lol: and then the models start showing something after he says that.
