Re: December 2023 Forecasts and Discussions
Another major flood on Sumas is highly unlikely during this event in my opinion. But there will likely be some localized flooding in areas.SouthSardiswx wrote: ↑Fri Dec 01, 2023 2:26 pm Abby city says the dykes have been reinforced l guess we'll found out Jr. Man.![]()

Ridging for several days followed by troffing..with chilly temps the last 24 hours. Quite impressive to go from bommy ridging and then temps drop so much

No snow in Edmonton last month... last time that occurred in November was way back in 1928.
What happened here later that winter?

Re: December 2023 Forecasts and Discussions
Wow! I'm kinda mixed Tnog on what will happen here, this mid December sounds enticing. But Feb seems kinda like a fight between higher sun angles and spring winter is loosing it's grip ya we had 2019 but that's a rare event. Forget January that's our pre spring event.

Re: December 2023 Forecasts and Discussions
We will probably not see any widespread flooding. Low lying areas could see some ponding.
Completely different story in Oregon/Washignton.
