The :14clown: FS weeklies have trended cooler today, fwiw. They now show average to slightly below temps for week 2+ in January. Although average January temps around these parts aren't great anymore...

The last 3 runs of the :14clown: FS monthy also show below normal temps for January.

Again, doesn't mean much at this point, but nice to see more than one model run showing the "possibility" of some below normal temps once we get into January.

Not that unusually to have earthquakes under old volcanoes. This is the Homathko Icefield, which is in the middle of the Cascade Arc volcanic belt. Under 20 km from Chilko Lake (largest high elevation lake in Canada) and under 20 km from Mount Queen Bess (17th most prominent peak in Canada).

Today's EPS extended also showing a similar idea for January.

So that leaves us with the EPS, GEFS and :14clown: FS all painting a similar picture.

Something to watch at least.

We’ll see. The AF is already starting to enthusiastically model ride the 600+ hour stuff. Because of course they are.

Serious?

I’ll start getting a bit excited once something is within 4/5 days.
