Yea. That was solid in the models for a good 10 days. Maybe the odd waffling operational but not much.

It does look to get wet in the extended but keep in mind that things keep tending to dry up as we progress. Hopefully the pattern does switch up this time though.

Yeah we can get Sheriff Goofus to bring Phil here and interrogate him on the QBQ state and forcing median equitorial phasing of the SSW in December. And if that doesn't work we can throw him to the Hound.

The 06Z GFS looks wetter towards mid to late next week, same as the 00Z GFS, 2 consistent runs in a row in the mid range at least. Carrots are back 384Hr.

If we follow that script into the new year, we'd be easily looking at our coldest January in a couple decades...Jan 1980 averaged 0.5C in Vancouver, 0.1C in Pitt Meadows and -0.1C in Abbotsford.
