Colder than 2021 and little or no snow. There are going to be lots of more tender garden plants that don’t make it, I think.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Low at YVR so far this AM is -13.7c.

Too bad yesterday's observed Tmax was ruined by the temp at 10pm on the previous day.

GFS in perfect placement but still many days south for it to trend towards PDX.

Icon slams us with a series of pineapple-ly systems after the snow. :14pineexplode:

At face value it's a great setup for us but with that fresh shot of modified arctic air into the interior on Wednesday that does bleed out back to the coast later on and into Thursday could also lead to suppression.

Looks like it also leads to an ice storm on Friday morning before the pineapples take over.

GEM looks okay too but maybe just want it a smidge more to the south to keep the system as all snow.

Yeah, definitely would rather things look more suppressed at this range, with the inevitable north trend at the last minute. Portland is getting their snowstorm that was looking more like a win for Eugene a few days ago.

-14C at Cedar & Best
-13C at 7th Ave
-12C at Lougheed and through the Matsqui flats
-13C in Mount Lehman
-14C near YXX
