Earlier it was mentioned a Jan/2011 redux if Tuesday's system fails to deliver not even close we didn't have cold air in place like now.
With that we were supposed to go into a cold and snowy pattern with this it would just be a moderation into milder temperatures disappointing but not a disaster to last for years just one we'll comment on for future reference we've had some fun with the record temps at least.

The 00Z GEM is too warm. Would be a quick overrunning event. Looks like the higher resolution RGEM is actually colder. :silent: :wave:

I figured they were the same output. I'd go with the higher resolution.

Just waiting to get to NAM 3k range (probably tomorrow night) and then HRDPS range (Monday AM)

Yeah it's best to side with the higher resolution models when you start getting closer to the event. :thumbup:
