I’m getting pumped up for some insane blocking from the winter solstice to late Jan/early Feb. Love the signs I’m seeing..downward propagating -U anoms within the NAM domain in conjunction with a well-timed EHEM MJO & AAM transfer(s). All preceded by this +EAMT/Aleutian Low regime for additional wave-1 forcing.

Watch the EPO and AO during the last 10 days of December into January.

But what on earth does that even mean? I respect and admire his knowledge, but perhaps he should explain what it actually means because I'm not sure that most of his viewers would have a slightest clue of what he is talking about using such technical language.

Why is he excited for the PNW doesn't he live back east?

He does live back east but always post about the PNW, Rubs some of the members the wrong way on the other forum sometimes.
