late Feb snows...melting on impact even with low dewpoints and wet bulb cooling. Tell em SnowPro and Nito!!

Finally starting to stick to lawns, roofs, cars, etc. 1.3ËšC.

As soon as I got through the tunnel, it changed to mostly cold rain. Maybe when we lose some more daylight it will cool a bit more

Light flurries downtown, no accumulation.
Back home near Langara grass and rooftops getting white.

Been white IMBY for about an hour and a half now. Just not much accumulation; melting about as quickly as it falls.

Still, it beats the slushy rain that some have reported.

Same, our patio tiles are whitening up pretty quickly
