Snow for the Mountain Passes.

Where: Coquihalla Highway, Okanagan Connector, Allison Pass, Kootenay Pass, Begbie Summit, and Rogers Pass.

When: Overnight Thursday to Friday morning, and possibly early Saturday morning.

What: Snowfall amounts of 2 to 5 cm with locally higher amounts possible.

Remarks: An upper low will bring a cool airmass to higher elevations of the BC Interior tonight and into this long weekend. Colder air along with precipitation means the mountain passes can expect a dusting of snow overnight Thursday, and possibly overnight Friday.

For Allison Pass, the Coquihalla Highway, the Okanagan Connector and Begbie summit, snow can be expected above 1000 metres

Mockingly Saying “LOL” in response to respectful posts like a 14 year old gamer bro; totally fine.

Discussing one of if not the greatest driver or our weather in a weather forum? Now that’s gone too far!

Look, we all know that thread is where posts go to die. Imo what we should really aim for is to be able to discuss a relevant real world issue like adults, without bringing politics or insults into it. And thus far we were able to do that, minus John’s immaturity on the issue.

However I don’t make the rules and I will once again slink away into the weeds.

I normally appreciate a good windstorm but in this case, if my power is not back on in time for the Canucks game, I'm gonna LOSE IT. Canucks > wind, thank you very much!

Yeah, I'm not sure why John is able to do that, lol, but as I've said, there are a certain few members who can do whatever they please on this forum and stir the pot. Then, as soon as someone comments, we're told to knock it off or change the topic.

The fact that we can't even have a civil debate on climate change, which drives the weather, is beyond me. What are we so scared of? Last I saw, we are adults; we don't need to hide.

I mean someone should be telling John to act 65, not 14...you know, stirring the pot and being disrespectful, which creates all of this...as has been the issue for years...

Ok, the wind has still not died down. In fact it seems worse here. Power has nearly gone out 4 times now. Keeps flickering and a quick brown out, then it comes back. Man.. what the heck..

Breezy still at my work down near Sumas and rather chilly.
